Don has more than 14 years of experience in a wide array of environmental services - specializing in property transactions, contaminant investigations, and property/brownfield development. Presently, he serves as the COO and Principal Scientist with the firm. Don is a Certified Ground Water Professional (CGWP), a Certified Underground Storage Tank Professional (CP), and a licensed Asbestos Inspector. His responsibilities include overseeing company operations, managing diverse environmental projects, preparing grant applications, evaluating soil and groundwater characteristics/data, and supporting business development. Don's project management responsibilities include assignment and oversight of field staff, establishing and tracking budgets/schedules, client/regulatory agency liaisons, and writing/reviewing technical reports. Additional responsibilities include market development, proposal preparation and presentation, and maintaining existing client satisfaction.

Additionally, Don currently serves as president of the Board of Directors for the Old Town Commercial Association and remains an active participant on the Economic Restructuring Committee. Don also maintains memberships with the Michigan Association of Environmental Professionals, the Association of Ground Water Scientist and Engineers, and the Michigan Petroleum Association.
