Sean Trowbridge, Environmental Scientist
Environmental Scientist TriterraSean holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and Biology, which includes a concentration in Natural Resources, from Central Michigan University. During his studies at Central Michigan University, Sean compiled the first carbon footprint for CMU’s Mt. Pleasant campus and maintained a position on the Campus Sustainability Advisory Board, where he helped implement new ideas that reduced waste and energy consumption by the University.
Sean’s broad understanding of environmental issues helps clients with property acquisitions and improvements. He regularly provides due diligence services, such as Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Baseline Environmental Assessments (BEAs), and indoor air quality assessments, for property transactions. In addition, Sean understands the regulatory requirements and considerations necessary for contaminant projects such as Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) investigations. He routinely assists with underground storage tank removals, soil excavation activities, free product removal, monitoring well installation, and soil/groundwater sampling activities.
