Bryan Crandall
Industrial Hygienist
What I do at Triterra:
I am part of the Industrial Hygiene group here at Triterra. I perform pre-renovation/pre-demolition hazardous material inspections to identify the presence of asbestos, lead, mold, and other hazardous waste. I oversee hazardous abatement projects to ensure contractors comply with regulatory agencies.
Why I love it here:
I love it here for the culture and collaborative environment with a strong presence of leadership day to day.
Background and Education:
I have worked in the Construction & Restoration Industry for most of my career. During the time I spent in the industry I always had an interest in focusing more on the environmental side and to be a part of creating healthier communities. When the opportunity came with Triterra I made sure I took it. I hold a license with the State of Michigan Maintenance & Alterations Contractor for codes K&M (Roofing/Siding). I am VSI certified through the Vinyl Siding Institute ID#23476. I have a professional real estate inspection certification through ICA #13722. I hold a Water Damage Restoration certification through IICRC #70034377.
What I love to do when I’m not at Triterra:
I love to spend time with my children and grandchildren out at our pond which we have developed over the years. We do a lot of floating on the pond, fishing, and hunting on our property.
