Madison Konrad
Senior Project Manager | Industrial Hygiene
What I do at Triterra:
I am a Senior Project Manager for the Industrial Hygiene Group. I oversee industrial hygiene projects and services at Triterra. I ensure that the work performed complies with all OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory agency requirements. I work with construction managers, construction trades, facility owners, and building developers to determine what hazardous material testing is required before demolition/renovation, as well as provide budgeting and guidance on hazardous material remediation projects.
Why I love it here:
The team at Triterra is so welcoming! Everyone seems to work together beautifully, and the atmosphere is warm and collaborative. There is a strong focus on professional and personal development.
Background and Education:
I completed my bachelor’s degree at Michigan State University and went on to get my master’s degree at California University of Pennsylvania. I chose that program because it offered an online option, which allowed me to continue working as a nanny while completing my degree. I then started my environmental journey in 2014 and never looked back!
What I love to do when I’m not at Triterra:
I own a horse named Anteros. I have been riding horses since I was two years old and have been competitively showjumping since I was six years old. My free time is mainly spent at the barn or at horse shows with Anteros and my mom! I also love cooking, traveling, trying new restaurants, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
