Mary Napier
Associate Scientist | Director of Remediation Services
What I do at Triterra:
I manage a tremendous group of environmental professionals, and together, we assist clients from all sectors. Our projects include large brownfield redevelopments, underground storage tank assessments and cleanup, vapor mitigation system design and installation, and a diverse range of due care evaluations.
Why I love it here:
Triterra is a unique firm in its dedication to its employees. The sky is the limit for anyone here at Triterra
Background and Education:
I started out as a young person who studied actuarial science. A summer job at an engineering firm changed my trajectory to geology and environmental science. I worked at that firm for 6 years completing construction inspections and testing services and environmental technician work all while studying part-time to obtain my bachelor’s degree. A few years later I decided to go back for a graduate certificate in hazardous waste management.
What I love to do when I’m not at Triterra:
My son and I love to travel. We especially love to go to the United Kingdom to visit London and Edinburgh. We also love to do road trips visiting places like Saugatuck, Petoskey, and Chicago. Having time to enjoy different city and cultural environments is a true blessing.
