While we are usually more of the “behind the scenes” type of business, we’re proud of the work we’ve done to support the growth and revitalization of the Greater Lansing area over the years. Some of our projects have already become staples in the local landscape, Such as Provident Place, The Venue, the Red Cedar Development, and the HUB of East Lansing. We’ve also had the opportunity to work on spaces that strengthen neighborhoods, support affordable housing options, and senior living needs, such as the Allen Neighborhood Center and the Stadium North Lofts and Senior Lofts.
More recently, we’ve lent our expertise to support projects including 220 Kalamazoo Street, the MSU Research Foundation Innovation Center, TechSmith Headquarters, the former McLaren Greenlawn and South Pennsylvania Campuses.
Looking ahead, we’re honored to be part of several exciting ventures that will continue to shape the region, including The Residences at Walter French, Ovation, and the Spartan Gateway District, which features a new 6,000-seat arena.
At Triterra, we view every project as more than just a job site; it’s an opportunity to support sustainable development and contribute to the long-term success of our region. We’re grateful to be a trusted partner on these projects and look forward to continuing our work in mid-Michigan and beyond!
