Project Geologist

What I do at Triterra:
I coordinate field work, complete subsurface investigations, oversee remediation work, and prepare technical reports.

Why I love it here:
Triterra is like a second home. You can always count on someone to be there.

Background and Education:
I pursued my B.S. in Geological Sciences with a Geographic Information Systems certificate from Michigan State University. During the completion of my undergrad, I worked as a Polarized Light Microscopist looking at building materials for asbestos. I then received the opportunity to work for Triterra as an intern. Once I finished my degree at MSU, I was hired full-time as a Geologist for the firm.

What I love to do when I’m not at Triterra:
In my free time, you can find me on a bicycle. I love riding through the city or on mountain bike trails. When not on a bike, I enjoy rock climbing, being outdoors, baking, and as of late, designing floral arrangements. I recently started playing bike polo with the Grand Rapids Bike Polo Club.
